The Development Lotteries Board (DLB) (“DLB”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the developer and operator of the DLB Sweep mobile application (“the App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Account & Access: create and manage accounts; secure login with username/password/OTP
Service Delivery: show official draw results; enable browsing and management of tickets; support eligible claims
Payments: process transactions and provide confirmations/receipts

We do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing.
5) Sharing & Processors
We do not sell your data. We do not share personal information with unaffiliated third parties except:
Service Providers (Processors) used solely to operate the App:
Firebase Analytics (usage insights)
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
Legal requirements: disclosures to regulators or authorities when required by law
Your direction/consent: disclosures you authorize
All processors are contractually required to protect data and use it only to provide their services to DLB.

Location: data is stored on secure DLB servers

Access Controls: least-privilege access for authorized personnel only
Safeguards: network security, monitoring, and incident response procedures
No system is completely immune to risks; however, we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to reduce them.
7) Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8) Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users who are 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data is currently stored in Sri Lanka. If future service needs require transfers to another jurisdiction, we will implement appropriate safeguards before any such transfer.
